September happenings

Hello everyone!

This Friday (Sept 12th) there will be an activity at the Stake Center. This will take the place of the usual dance. There will be games and sports, etc. Please come and support the East Stake. The activity will start at 9:00 and go until 12:00 as usual. Come dressed to play!

This is an email from the East Stake regarding the activity on Friday:

This Friday night, instead of a dance, we will be having a "Sports and Games" Hullapalooza!! (As in, a really good, big time!) We will be playing games like volleyball, kickball, etc. and will have board games such as Twister and the ever stimulating Phase 10. Oh yeah, and there will be free food...why wouldn't you want to come and get some of that??!! I mean, it's free, and fun for all!! So, come and join us for all the fun. If you aren't there, we will surely miss you! Oh yeah, and if you have a game you want to play, bring it!

Next Saturday on the 20th there is a kayaking activity planned. Meet at Benjamin Maughan's house at 8:30. If you are interested in coming, let me know and I'll get you directions and give you more details. (If you're on facebook, send Crystal a message there).

I will be sending out registation forms soon for the YSA Conference in Clemson. It will be Oct 31st-Nov 2nd. Go ahead and put it on your calendars now! : )
